GH Spoilers: Maxie Finally Gets It All, Love and Career Winning Changes

General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Maxie Jones hasn’t had it easy for the past few years. She thought she had found true love with Peter August (Wes Ramsey) following the death of her husband. She was even overjoyed to learn she was carrying his child, and they planned to marry. 

Maxie learned that Peter was actually a master criminal. She dumped him but lived in fear until he was eventually killed. She later had a short-lived flirtation with Dr. Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth) but it did go anywhere. She’s been single ever since.

For years, Maxie worked at Crimson Magazine. She started as Kate Howard’s (Megan Ward) assistant and eventually learned everything there was to know about putting out a monthly fashion magazine.

After Kate was murdered, Maxie trained the new editor-in-chief Nina Corinthos (Cynthia Watros) and thanks to Maxie, the magazine remained profitable. But after awhile, Maxie realized there was nowhere to move up in the company.

She left and took a job with Deception, where she has been ever since. But issues with a lawsuit put Maxie in financial trouble despite the high paying position,

GH Spoilers – Maxie Jones Still Loves Damian Spinelli

Maxie and Damian Spinelli share a child together, Maxie’s firstborn. When Spinelli and Maxie’s mother Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) learned of Maxie’s financial situation, they concocted a scheme to help her.

Spinelli pretended his apartment was flooded and he needed a place to live. Maxie asked Spinelli to move in, Spinelli agreed but only if he could pay rent.

Recently, Maxie learned she was finally financially stable. And after a night karaoke, Maxie and Spinelli finally shared a kiss.

General Hospital Spoilers – Crimson Needs A New Boss!

Nina’s position at Crimson is vacant now that Drew Cain (Cameron Matheson) fired her. Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) initially took over the position, but after an argument with Drew, she left after one issue was published.

Drew needs a replacement as soon as possible and the most qualitied for the job is Maxie, It seems likely that Maxie may finally get her wish to run a fashion magazine. And if she can get past Spinelli’s deception, she has a shot at love again.

As long as she doesn’t get in her own way, Maxie may be on the verge finally coming out on top both personally and professionally?
