GH Spoilers: Lulu’s Hidden Memories Will Expose Sam’s Murderer!

General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havans) is about to learn some very difficult truths.

As viewers know, Lulu just woke up from the coma that she had been in for the last four years almost to the date.

Lucky is just now beginning to realize that she’s been comatose much longer than she had thought. Seeing her young son, Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) will confirm for Lulu that she has a lot of time to make up from.

Perhaps now Lulu will begin to remember things that may have happened around her while she was out.

General Hospital Spoilers – Cyrus Renault Was Trying To Spirit Lulu Spencer Out Of Town

Lulu had recently been transferred to Turning Woods, a facility that Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) has been volunteering at. Cyrus has been by Lulu’s bedside quite often since long before she needed a liver transplant.

There is not telling the things that Cyrus may have confessed to Lulu since he didn’t necessarily believe she would ever wake up. Lulu has already flashed back to a time before her coma when Cyrus threatened her life.

But there are other things that Cyrus may have confessed to that are even more recent. For some reason, Cyrus has been determined to have Lulu sent even further away out of state.

Perhaps it’s because he recently confessed to the murder of Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) while Lulu was still out. She may not even realize she’s got that memory inside her. And that’s exactly the way Cyrus most likely wants to keep it.

General Hospital Spoilers – Sam McCall Died After Donating A Portion Of Her Liver

Lulu will soon learn that Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) was her liver donor and that she died while in recovery after a successful transplant surgery. Sam was given a drug called digitalis that induced a fatal heart attack.

Right now, the situation looks like an error made by Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst). But Lulu may know differently. If Cyrus wants to stay out of prison, he may have to silence his own niece or face justice for Sam’s murder.
