The reason Lucky has come back after all these years is because his comatose sister, Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havans) needs a liver transplant, and Lucky is the best and only hope of being a match.

Lucky was in danger, so Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) sent Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) to rescue Lucky and bring him home.

Ultimately, they were successful so now Lucky is undergoing all the necessary testing to make sure he’s a viable donor for Lulu.

GH Spoilers – Lucky Spencer Shares A Son With Elizabeth Webber

Lucky has already reconnected with Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) who is arguably his one true love. Lucky and Elizabeth reunited at the same place where they first met, Bobbie’s Diner (although it was called Kelly’s at the time).

Most fans are hoping that Lucky and Elizabeth will eventually reunite. But according to one poster on X (formerly Twitter), Lucky may have a surprising love interest once he recovers from the transplant.

The post included a photoshopped photo of Lucky in and embrace with Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali). Fans were almost overwhelmingly appalled and disgusted by a potential romance between Lucky and the much younger Trina.

Luckily, there doesn’t seem to be any truth to those rumors as the photo is very obviously photoshopped. Meanwhile, fans can expect Lucky and Elizabeth to eventually reunite, assuming he survives the transplant surgery.
