GH Spoilers: Lucky’s Hospital Confession Of Love To Elizabeth

General Hospital spoilers tease that Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) is on everyone’s mind at the moment.

Ever since Lulu Spencer (last played by Emme Rylan) was diagnosed with cirrhosis of the liver, Laura Collins (Genie Francis) has been on the hunt for a suitable donor for a possible liver transplant.

Laura’s oldest son Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) wasn’t a match which makes the hunt for Lucky that much more urgent.

General Hospital Spoilers – Lucky Spencer Has Been Away For A Very Long Time

Years ago, Lucky was happily married to Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst), his first love from their teenage years.

As hard as they tried to make their marriage work, things kept getting in the way and they eventually went their separate ways even though they share a son, Aiden Webber (Tristan Riggs).

Lucky left town while Elizabeth moved on with Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) and later Dr. Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton). But Franco died and Finn and Elizabeth broke up due to his excessive drinking.

At the moment, Lucky is in Africa, the captive of a mysterious group of mercenaries. Lucky infiltrated the mercenaries to rescue his friend Dr. Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson). While Isaiah was able to get away with Lucky’s help, Lucky remains their captive.

But Laura and her husband Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) are on their way to bring Lucky home, so it’s a given that they will be able to get Lucky out of this mess, perhaps with the help of Holly Sutton (Emma Samms).

General Hospital Spoilers – Lucky Spencer may be a donor for his younger sister!

Once they make it back to General Hospital, things will likely move quickly if Lucky is a match for Lulu. It’s not an easy surgery so once Lucky sees Elizabeth again for the first time, he may want to confess his feelings.

Perhaps he has stayed away all this time in order not to get hurt again. But maybe once Lucky recovers, he will once again find love with Elizabeth and they can finally resume their love affair.
