GH Spoilers: Lucky Versus Jason Love Triangle, Who Will Elizabeth Choose?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers note Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) has been reconnecting with Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) as of late, with the focus of their conversation centering around their son, Jake Webber (Hudson West).

While Jake didn’t exactly give his father a “hero’s welcome”, Liz has been there to help smooth over any animosity, while also supporting her son’s choices.

Jake has come around, and all arrows are pointing toward a possible Liason romantic reunion.

However, with Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) on the cusp of returning to Port Charles, could a love triangle form between Liz, Lucky, and Jason?

GH spoilers remind fans that when Jason first returned to PC, Liz had an interesting conversation with then-boyfriend Dr. Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton).

It centered around the idea that she couldn’t believe she once thought she could find happiness with someone like Jason.

It’s important to note, that these words were said before she found out that Jason didn’t shoot Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna).

Finn ended up turning to booze after his father, Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison), passed away (shortly after this chat with Liz), the two broke up, and he’s in rehab for 90 days.

Although there’s little chance he could return and mend fences with the nurse as Michael Easton confirmed his exit.

Still, post-Linn breakup, Liz and Jason have had many scenes together, and fans can’t help but think of their conversation at the Metro Court pool, with “Stone Cold” rolling up his pants and placing his toes in the water (something he swore Liz to secrecy about) was the show foreshadowing a romantic reunion.

It’s been a hot minute since Liason was in a relationship, and many viewers believe the two should be given a chance to fully explore a bonafide romance. But will Lucky blow this idea out of the water?

Meanwhile, Liz’s other great love, Lucky, is about to return to the show, in mere weeks. It’s hard not to think that the soap could create an epic love triangle storyline where both men are interested in reconnecting with Elizabeth, and the nurse must choose between her two greatest loves.

Maybe Lucky returns to PC with ideas to reconnect with Liz in mind, or possibly, just like Jason, he doesn’t intend to reunite with Elizabeth, but old feelings resurface.
