GH Spoilers: Lucky Is Poised To Leave Town, But Lulu Could Change Everything This Thanksgiving

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) has been keeping a low profile ever since he found out his sister was going to be recipient of a donated liver after all.

He may not have been able to save the day and save her life, but knowing she was in good hands was a relief for him.

Since then, we’ve noticed Lucky has faded into the background. He wasn’t even at the hospital during the apparent transplant surgery.

Checking in with Dr. Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) alongside his mother, Laura Collins (Genie Francis), this week, he was relieved to hear things could go back to normal in a couple of weeks.

Now, he’s looking to the future and what this means for him. There just isn’t enough to tie him to this area. But will that change when his little sister wakes up?

General Hospital Spoilers — Four Years And A Lot Of Regrets

Lucky has been riddled with guilt — presumably for the last four years since his sister was first injured in that explosion at the Floating Rib.

For whatever reason, he believes he could have prevented it or protected her somehow had he been in Port Charles at the time instead of off safeguarding strangers instead.

It’s interesting that he sees the situation this way since he is suddenly bent on running away from his hometown once again as though he serves no purpose there.

GH Spoilers – Hint Laura Collins Needs Help

Everyone has moved on with their lives separately from Lucky over the years, given that he had been gone for nearly a decade before recently coming home. They had little choice to do anything but that. Laura definitely has a full plate at this stage in her life.

She was never expecting to have to raise yet another one of Nikolas Cassadine’s (Adam Huss) son’s, but here she is taking Ace Cassadine (Jay and Joey Clay) to daycare each day and laying him down to sleep at night.

There is no telling how she would fit caring for Lulu into her busy schedule as mayor and surrogate mother if her daughter were to wake up.

It’s a good thing that Lucky came home when he did. He has nothing else to do with his time but spend it with his family, and Lulu is going to need more care than anyone else.

Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) is going to be wrapped up with grieving Sam McCall’s (Kelly Monaco) death and dealing with the aftermath of that impacting her kids and his own.
