GH Spoilers: Liz In Trouble Digitalis Killer Suspect

General Hospital (GH) spoilers suggest that Liz Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) will come under fire once again this week. Liz is the head nurse at GH and has been on duty both times someone has died recently. Now Liz is being told that she is off work for a while. Is Liz A suspect in these killings?

General Hospital Spoilers – Liz Baldwin Needs Support

The Bold and The Beautiful Spoiler indicate that Liz needs support right now. Liz would never do anything like this, but someone is making her look really bad.

Will Liz find a clue that can prove her innocence? Can Liz find out enough to convict the person who killed Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) and Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco).

Liz knows that someone murdered Sam and could very well figure out that Dex died in the same manner that Sam did.

Dex was on to what Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) was up to. Unfortunately, Dex didn’t get a chance to tell anyone what he discovered. Could Dex have left a clue that Liz discovered?

Much like Sam, Dex made it through surgery and was perfectly fine until his monitors started going off.

One would hope that the security cameras have been upgraded or something so Cyrus would be caught on camera. Could someone now offer a clue to what happened to Dex before his autopsy?

Will Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) be partially responsible for discovering what happened to Dex and who did it?

Felicia knows that Cyrus was around when Dex got stabbed, is there something at the park that could lead to Cyrus? Has Dex left something to be discovered to help solve this case?

Liz has worked at GH for years and she doesn’t deserve this. Liz has never acted like a serial killer. Liz hasn’t been in trouble over anyone dying.

Liz has proven that no one used this medication when she was working on Sam or on Dex. Why are they suddenly trying to blame her?

Cyrus is doing his best to make sure that someone else gets the blame for his crimes and Liz seems to be the person he is targeting. Will Cyrus get away with these murders or will he finally slip up?

Who else will have to die before Cyrus finally slips up and reveals what he as done to Sam and Dex? Will Cyrus finally pay for his crimes?
