GH Spoilers: Josslyn Opens Up To Carly, She’s Realized Dex Isn’t Who She Thought?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers and updates tease a devastated Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) opens up to her mother, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright). She tells her she’s broken up with Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) because he isn’t who she thought!

Carly isn’t surprised that Josslyn finally woke up to what Dex actually does, or did, when he was working for Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard).

Carly is sympathetic but asks her daughter to go through exactly what led her to her decision to break up with Dex for good.

She leaves Nina Reeves Corinthos (Cynthia Watros) out of it, knowing she’s a sore spot with her mother, and says she found out what Dex did.

Dex had disguised himself as a hospital orderly and was planning to inject Cyrus Renault’s (Jeff Kober) IV with a poison.

He said Sonny had ordered him to but then had changed his mind and called off the hit, when Mason Gatlin (Nathanyael Grey) had kidnapped Ava Jerome (Maura West).

GH Spoilers – Dex Heller Wasn’t Protecting Anyone And Cyrus Renault Was Helpless

Josslyn complains Dex wasn’t protecting anyone and Cyrus was helpless-she isn’t making excuses for Cyrus but he wouldn’t have been able to fight back.

She can’t believe that Dex would have crossed that line-and that’s a line in her opinion that cannot be crossed.

Dex was as bad as Sonny when he beat up Cyrus in the hospital chapel, there was no excuse for that whatsoever.

Carly admits when she found out about that she wondered if Sonny was off his bipolar meds-he never even did something like that to his worst enemy!

Never in the times that she was married to Sonny did she ever see him attack someone physically with his bare hands, but there’s a big difference.

General Hospital Spoilers – Dex Heller Was Following Orders, Should He Have Disobeyed Sonny?

Carly reminds Josslyn that Dex was following orders and working for Sonny, should he have disobeyed him?

Then and only then does Josslyn tell Carly that Nina told her this when she came to Dex’s looking for Sonny, and Dex admitted he was under orders.

Carly wonders if Nina is only now seeing the bad sides of Sonny, the sides that are ugly and vengeful that Carly herself never saw.

All three seem to willingly have blind spots when it comes to their men, Josslyn, Carly and Nina. But as for Josslyn, seeing that side of Dex has been a very rude awakening-and not one she’s sure they’ll ever recover from.
