Well, Cyrus likely tampered with his meds, and Dex’s prognosis and fate eerily mirrored the scenario Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) went through. Post-liver donation surgery, Sam was slated to make a recovery; however, she suddenly passed away as well.

Fans learned that Cyrus was the one who injected digitalis into her IV bag, triggering a fatal heart attack, during the Monday, December 9 show.

Still, this loss could be far too overwhelming for Josslyn, so could the young woman suffer a mental health breakdown?
