GH Spoilers: Jason Morgan Returns, Lulu Spencer Wakes Up … Sante Deals With Ex Issues?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers suggest that when Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) were falling in love, the first order of business was to address the elephant in the room: their exes.

While Sam had long broken up with Jason Morgan (Steve Burton), Dante questioned her feelings for him, and she was adamant that she was at peace with their breakup.

Meanwhile, Sam questioned “what would happen” if Dante’s ex, Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan) woke up from her coma, and Dante made it clear that it wouldn’t change anything. But, were they lying to themselves about it all?

GH spoilers note that it was officially announced during the show’s 60th anniversary primetime special that actor Steve Burton would be coming back to the land of Port Charles.

Fans are buzzing online, and it’s hard not to speculate about “what could happen next?”

Jason had a thing with Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) before he “died”, but since, the good doctor has passed away, too.

There were also lingering emotions between him and Carly Spencer (Laura Wright); however, depending on who she is with when he gets back, a romance between them could be sticky. They also might be eager to just keep things Zen as friends.

Still, most fans will agree, JaSam were magic together. So much time has passed since Jason’s left; so many things have changed. While Sante makes a cute couple, they don’t have one-quarter of the sparks Sam shared with Jason.

With Lulu now located in the little town, visits to Ms. Spencer’s bedside are far easier. When Dante took Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez) to visit her mom this past summer, there was a buzz online that she could potentially wake up … it’s always a possibility!

Still, while Dante was clear that if Lulu woke up, nothing would change, he seems to forget something that most GH fans remember, and that’s how close he and Lulu were to reuniting after the Floating Rib blew up.

Sadly, she fell into a coma shortly after, and it was not explored, but if she were to wake up, would things change between Sante?
