GH Spoilers: Is It Time For Port Charles To Say Goodbye To Nina Reeves?

General Hospital spoilers tease that the saga of Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) has been ongoing for several years now. After spending twenty years in a coma, Nina finally woke up to a world that had changed.

She was quite unhinged at first and did some terrible things, most notably when she cut Ava Jerome’s (Maura West) baby right out of the womb and kidnapped her.

Nina eventually got help and became more stable, although she has never really completely acclimated to her new surrounding.

General Hospital Spoilers – Nina Reeves has many Port Charles connections!

Nina had relationship with both Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) and Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) but for one reason or another, neither of those relationships worked out.

Eventually, Nina also discovered that she had twins that were delivered while she was comatose. She learned about Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) first, but Nelle died before they had a chance to find each other.

That made Nina even more desperate when she discovered that Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) was Nelle’s twin.

Willow and Nina remain estranged to this day because can’t really stop herself acting on impulse and hurting those she loves.

GH Spoilers – Nina Reeves eventually found both friendship and love!

Despite their tumultuous past, Ava and Nina became the best of friends over time. And through a complicated series of events, she ended up head over heels in love with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Bernard).

Sonny had amnesia at the time, but he fell in love with Nina as well and that carried over even once his memories came back. But Nina betrayed Sonny’s trust when she anonymously called the SEC about Carly Spencer’s (Laura Wright) crime of insider trading.

Sonny filed for divorce but Nina had hoped Ava would help her get Sonny back. Instead, Ava pushed them further apart. Once Nina realized this, she signed the divorce papers and ended her friendship with Ava.

General Hospital Spoilers – What is left for Nina Reeves?

Now that Nina has lost the two people she was closest to, what’s left in Port Charles for her?

She also sold her half of the Metro Court, giving her one less tie to town. She still very close with Valentin, but that could all change once she learns that Valentin is out to get Sonny.

Perhaps she will just leave town, or maybe she will try to warn Sonny what Valentin is up to and dying to save Sonny, or even Willow.

Although there hasn’t been any official word that Cynthia Watros is leaving, her storyline does seem to be winding up.
