GH Spoilers: Is Dante About to Lose Both Lulu And Sam?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) has been overwhelmed with grief for the last several weeks watching Lulu Falconeri (Alexa Havins), the mother of his child, waste away from a failing liver.

Finding out last minute that his girlfriend, Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco), could save Lulu’s life may change everything in ways he can’t possibly predict.

Dante is expecting to see both of these women he loves come through this with success, but the last thing he is expecting is that he’ll keep Lulu while losing Sam — which is what most are expecting.

There’s another possible outcome here though — that neither of them make it. Is Port Charles in for a world of devastation that leads to destroying Dante’s spirit for good?

General Hospital Spoilers — There Is Hope

Sam has breathed new hope into the lives of everyone who ever loved Lulu, but most especially for Dante and Rocco Falconeri (Finn Francis Carr).

They were expecting to get news of Lulu’s death within a matter of hours or days, and now they can look forward to seeing her health restored — even if only as she lies in a coma in a hospital bed.

Hey, that’s better than dead. Dante and Laura Collins (Genie Francis) were both quick to push pause and not let their hope climb to new heights before Sam went through the secondary screening as a liver donor, but now that she has, they’re on cloud nine. It’s too bad it may have to come crashing down in ways they never imagined.

GH Spoilers – Leak Sam McCall Doesn’t Make It

It has already been confirmed that Sam is going to die, but that doesn’t mean she’s going to die from the transplant surgery or complications with it.

Still, that is most likely at this juncture since she’s supposed to see her way out of the GH cast sometime this fall. With the surgery coming up in a matter of days, Dante has no idea that his time is actually limited with Sam.

They’ll spend all of the time they have left in anticipation of Lulu being okay and Sam sailing through a rather uncomplicated surgery, only to lose her in the end.

General Hospital Spoilers — This Doesn’t Mean Lulu Spencer is Waking Up…Ever

Although Sam will be gone, her liver will restore new life to Lulu, who can continue healing and getting back on track in bed — in a coma.

Yes, that’s the part everyone keeps glossing over. Obviously, there has always been hope that she would wake up someday, and now that hope can continue instead of being ceased.

But still, Sam’s death will leave a wet blanket over Dante’s life as it will sometimes seem like it was all for nothing when Lulu is still laid up in a coma and potentially never waking up.
