General Hospital (GH) spoilers suggest another child custody battle could be on the horizon.

There’s been a ton of foreshadowing that surrogate Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) may end up keeping the baby she was carrying for TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) and sister Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos); especially since her egg was used in conception.

TJ had some intense scenes with Molly’s mom, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) this week about how she was planning to help the couple should Kristina change her mind and decide to keep the baby.

As Kristina and Molly are both Alexis’s daughters, she pleaded with her son-in-law not to put her in a place where she had to choose between both young ladies, because she wouldn’t be able to. If Molly’s lawyer mom won’t help the couple, could they turn to her lawyer dad?

GH Spoilers: Ric Lansing’s Explosive Return

GH spoilers indicate that Molly’s dad, Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) is set for a comeback soon.

The actor posted a behind-the-scenes photo on his Instagram this past week in full Ric gear (a.k.a. a nice shirt and tie) teasing that he was back on set.

The soap films mere weeks ahead of time, so fans should expect to see Lansing back by sometime in September, if not sooner.

As Ric is a lawyer, could he be returning to represent Molly and TJ in a baby custody battle?

GH Spoilers: The Accident Makes Things Complicated

Right now, Kristina is fighting for her life, and the baby’s life, after a crazy accident that has left her incredibly injured.

There’s always the chance that due to the injuries sustained, she may not be able to carry another child, or even conceive.

No fan saw the explosive accident that caused Kristina to fly through a window and into the Metro Court Pool during her massive face-off with Ava Jerome (Maura West), but here we all are. Will it change the course of this surrogacy storyline?

Will Kristina feel as if she doesn’t want to give up the baby, in light of everything that has happened? Kristina can turn to Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) for representation, but TJ and Molly may have no other choice but to turn to Ric.

To make things even more complicated, Kristina’s dad, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) is Ric’s half-brother, and the two haven’t always gotten along.

Lansing will likely take pleasure in tearing Kristina down on the stand, which will only add to the animosity between him and Sonny.
