GH Spoilers: Hottest Storyline Of The Previous Week – Valentin and Charlotte Escape!

General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that the Pikeman Group has been causing problems in Port Charles for quite a while now.

At first, they were simply an organization that Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) put in touch with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Bernard).

Pikeman wanted to use Sonny’s waterfront access to ship their mysterious containers in and out of the country. It was later revealed that Pikeman was transporting illegal weapons to foreign countries.

In the meantime, Pikeman was also assassinating various mob bosses all over the countries and had made several attempts on Sonny’s life already.

Everything changed when Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) returned and it was revealed that had been working undercover for the FBI by infiltrating Pikeman.

Agent John Cates (Adam Harrington) also came to town to lead the investigation into Pikeman. Police Commissioner Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) was also invested in bringing Pikeman to justice.

GH Spoilers – Valentin Cassadine is the head of the Pikeman Group

Jack Brennan (Charles Mesure) was the head of both the Pikeman Group and the WSB before Anna and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zomprogna) arrested him and put him in Statesville. But that didn’t stop Pikeman from doing their illegal business.

That’s because Valentin had been working with Pikeman all alone and took over the leadership position when Brennan was put away.

Anna and Jason eventually figured out that Valentin was the guilty party but they still needed to prove it.

General Hospital Spoilers – Anna Devane let Valentin Cassadine go!

Anna vowed to bring Valentin in even though she is madly in love with him. So she accepted Valentin’s overtures all the while looking for evidence to take Valentin down.

She finally found a satellite phone and turned it in to authorities with enough evidence to cripple the Pikeman Group.

But before she did, Anna warned Valentin that his crimes had been exposed giving him and his daughter Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez) time to make a great escape.

Anna will likely have much to answer for in the coming days but as long as Valentin was able to escape it was worth it in Anna’s mind.
