GH Spoilers: Hottest Storyline Of The Previous Week: Sonny Gets Some Help From Morgan!

General Hospital spoilers tease that Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Bernard) war with Ava Jerome (Maura West) has cost some of the people closest to Sonny dearly.

As viewers know, Ava has had Sonny’s bi-polar medication replaced with total placebos. But only after Sonny has spent weeks receiving only a quarter of his prescribed medication thanks to Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart).

Ava discovered Valentin’s scheme although she still has no idea it was him. For weeks she kept quiet and then she decided to take things a step further.

General Hospital Spoilers – Sonny Corinthos And Ava Jerome Are Locked In A Custody Battle

Ava and Sonny are supposed to go to court very soon the determine custody of their daughter Avery Corinthos (Ava & Grace Scarola). Ava’s plan was to make Sonny become so unhinged that he would act out in a public setting. But she wasn’t just banking on that.

She also planned to have Sonny’s daughter; Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) subpoenaed so that she would be forced to testify that she witnessed Sonny beating Dex Heller to within an inch of his life.

A very pregnant Kristina confronted Ava in Ava’s hotel room but things turned tragic when Kristina recoiled from Ava’s touch and tripped. She then fell through a window down several stories and into the Metro Court pool.

Although Kristina survived the fall, the baby did not. While Kristina was fighting for her life, Sonny tried to visit her but was blocked by Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos).

She made it clear that she blamed Sonny for Kristina and the baby’s injuries and that he was toxic to everyone he claims to love.

Dejected, Sonny climbed onto the roof of the hospital and prepared to jump to his death. But before he could end his life, he heard his late son Morgan Corinthos (Bryan Craig).

General Hospital Spoilers – Morgan Corinthos May Have Saved Sonny Corinthos’ Life!

Sonny knew that Morgan was a hallucination, but he listened as Morgan begged his father not to harm himself.

For every reason Sonny gave, Morgan had another reason Sonny should live. Morgan made it clear that his death wasn’t Sonny’s fault and that it was Ava’s.

In the end, Sonny finally listened and went directly to Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom). The next day Kevin discovered that Sonny’s medication had been tampered with.

Now Sonny is back on his correct dosage and should slowly feel more like himself. But Ava shouldn’t take that for granted, Sonny is still quite dangerous even when fully medicated.
