General Hospital Spoilers: Haley Pullos Sentenced to Three Months In Jail For DUI, Nancy Lee Grahn Defends HerGeneral Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Nancy Lee Grahn has spoken out after alum Haley Pullos (Molly Lansing Davis) was sentenced today for her 2023 DUI arrest.

On April 29, the 25-year-old former daytime actress pled no contest to the charges against her and was told she would spend 30 days in jail, with other restrictions upon her after she is released.

Last year Pullos made news for causing a horrendous wrong-way crash on a Los Angeles freeway in which she hit another vehicle head on. The other driver has a civil case pending against Pullos.

Pullos will spend 90 days incarcerated, and after she was sentenced Nancy Lee Grahn, who plays the onscreen mother of the recast character spoke out.

Nancy tweeted “As Haley’s TV mom I can tell some truths about her as I’ve loved her since she was little girl.

She made a HUGE mistake, knows it, owns it & has spent the last yr doing EVERYTHING imaginable to take responsibility 4 it. It’s not that I oppose jail. It’s that I oppose this jail.”

Haley debuted on GH in 2009. Molly Lansing is the youngest daughter of Alexis Davis. Haley was let go from the daytime drama after her arrest.

Haley originally pleaded not guilty to two DUI charges and another count of hit-and-run.

During her last appearance Haley changed her plea to no contest on one DUI charge and in exchange the district attorney dropped the second DUI charge and the hit-and-run charge.
After the verdict was read, Haley was handcuffed and taken to her jail cell.

After serving her three-month jail sentence, Haley must return to court for a sentencing hearing on July 29.

At that time she will be placed on probation for five years, told to start 200 hours of community service, and her driver’s license will be suspended for one year.

GH Spoilers – Haley Pullos Must Do Court Ordered Rehab

Pullos must also attend a drug and alcohol program. She has been enrolled in a rehab program for several months.

In addition to these circumstances, Haley must pay $8,260 in restitution to Courtney Wilder, the driver she hit head-on.

After the crash Wilder was rushed to the hospital in critical condition. She is suing Haley in civil court and is seeking damages for negligence.
