General Hospital (GH) spoilers and updates for Friday, June 21 tease shocking realizations, ex-lover’s confessions and fielding emergencies!

Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) has a shocking realization, Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) a confession, and Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) fields an emergency!

Shocking Realizations

Carly is sitting in her office as John “Jagger” Cates (Adam Harrington) plays her a visit-she smiles as he tells her he promises he will make it worth her while.

However, Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) caught her outside her office beforehand, and asked her to listen to the audio file of what the FBI has on Jason Morgan (Steve Burton).

If Carly does hear the file beforehand that’s what causes her shocking realization-Jason threw two years of his life away because of her.

She should also make a realization that Cates has been blackmailing Jason and if he doesn’t comply, Cates will put her in prison. There’s more to this story then originally met her eye!

Sam Is On The Warpath

In the meantime, Sam is on the warpath, saying “he is not the victim here;” it sounds like she’s talking about Jason and how Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) was affected.

Danny and everyone else thought Jason was killed in the tunnel collapse under Cassadine Island, when he was trying to rescue Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) and Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati).

Peter August (Wes Ramsey) unfortunately made it out, as did Drew and Liesl’s captor, Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy). She may be arguing with Carly prior to her going into her office, with Jagger arriving later.

Ex-Lover’s Confessions

It looks like Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and Valentin are at his house this time, after meeting at her condo previously.

Anna is trying to get a confession about his taking over as the head of Pikeman Security Group after the arrest of Jack Brennan (Charles Mesure).

They’re sitting on the couch and Valentin’s face reveals his true emotions as he seems sincere about his confession.

Valentin tells Anna there’s something that he has to tell her. He looks like he dreads her reactions and responses at what he’s about to reveal.

Concerned Friends

Elsewhere, Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) and Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) are concerned, as Maxie tells Spinelli she feels there might be something going on at home.

Maxie was to return Violet Finn (Jophielle Love) back to Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) at home by 7 pm.

It sounds like there may have been a change of plans although Maxie doesn’t have Violet-she was invited for a sleepover but Violet didn’t think her dad would let her.

But what is really going on is Violet was worried to let her father be alone-he had to talk her into going to the pool party earlier.

Fielding Emergencies

In the meantime, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) rushes to meet with Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) and he’s clearly worried and upset.

Tracy remains calm as a frantic Chase asks why Violet is with her, and what’s going on? It sounds like at least part of Tracy’s emergency was an emergency babysitting job with Violet.

But it’s possible that Tracy went to check on Finn and found another dire emergency already and took Violet with her. Chase had asked for Tracy’s help if she could influence Finn to get a handle on his drinking.

Dire Emergency

Finn had been drinking vodka heavily and it’s possible he called Maxie to take Violet over to the Quartermaine mansion and that’s where Tracy comes in caring for Violet.

He appeared to have finished about a quart of vodka or another clear alcohol and now he looks at blood in his palm and collapses on the floor!

Has he taken pills and overdosed, or did he cut his wrist in his drunken stupor?

The realization he ruined his own life may have come too late-he quit his job and blamed Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) for turning him in for revenge!

Jason’s Upset

In the meantime, Jason is upset and intense at the Corinthos Coffee warehouse as he shouts to someone, “I will not let this go to waste!”

It’s clear he’s not referring to a cup of coffee with cream that’s curdled! Clearly, he’s in an argument with someone at the warehouse, and he’s facing a big decision.

It’s obvious that thing he doesn’t want to waste is the time he’s spent as an FBI informant to keep Carly from going to prison for SEC violations. He can’t let all he’s done all have been for nothing!
