General Hospital (GH) spoilers and updates for Friday, February 2 tease secret meetings, surprise visits and devastating news.

Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) have a secret meeting, Laura Collins (Genie Francis) gets a surprise visitor and Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) delivers devastating news.

General Hospital Spoilers – Secret Meetings

Anna and Jordan have a secret meeting, as they draw someone into a setup-Anna says “we make our buy and we spring our trap”.

But if this came from their questioning of John Brennan (Charles Mesure) they’d better make sure they’re not the ones walking into a trap!

It sounds like they’re setting up a transaction to buy weapons from the person who stole weapons from the WSB arsenal in Berlin.

They’d better watch their backs because Brennan cannot be trusted now any more than he could be trusted before going to prison. Will they find their person of interest, or will they be someone else’s persons of interest?

GH Spoilers – Olivia Quartermaine Cries At Bobbie’s

Elsewhere, Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) is crying at Bobbie’s, telling someone it was best for everyone.

It sounds like there’s more bad news on the home front, even though Olivia and Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) had seemed to make up.

Perhaps Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) has arrived back from France and needed to have a talk with his mom after the tragedy?

They did use the ELQ plane to fly to Paris but they arrived too late to save Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) from Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl). Esme and Spencer are both presumed dead, and admittedly, two young lives lost would make Olivia cry!

General Hospital Spoilers – Surprise Visits

Laura and Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) receive a surprise visitor, and Laura tells the visitor she thinks they owe each other the truth.

Could Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) have returned to his mother’s house with baby Ace Prince-Cassadine (Joey and Jay Clay)?

Nikolas does have his ways of keeping track and finding out about things regarding his family and his older son may be dead as well as his younger one’s mother.

However, Laura doesn’t seem sad enough to be talking to Nikolas. So this surprise visitor is a different surprise-he’ll show up sooner or later though.

GH Spoilers – Devastating News

Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) is stunned as Trina delivers devastating news-she’s crying her eyes out as she tells Josslyn this time there won’t be a happy ending.

The authorities don’t think there is any way that Spencer could have survived in the icy river Seine, or the English Channel-who cares about Esme?

However, as long as no bodies are found there’s a chance they both could have survived and that might be more devastating news than the alternative.

Trina was trying her best to hold out hope that Spencer is alive, and thought she could feel it-but it looks like she’s accepting the inevitable.

General Hospital Spoilers – Carly Spencer Meets A New Patron

Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) meets a new patron of Bobbie’s, but she has an odd response-she asks someone is that why they kept her a secret?

Perhaps she’s talking about things in their past with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) since they still haven’t figured out who attacked at the island. Sonny will need someone to lean on when he finds out about Spencer, who he’s known since he was a little boy.

Sonny certainly wouldn’t be a new patron of Kelly’s, but he hasn’t been to the restaurant since it was renamed Bobbie’s. Who else would have kept Carly a secret for any reason who is a “new” patron?

GH Spoilers – Bad News For Nina Reeves

Ava Jerome (Maura West) has bad news for Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) as she tells her to prepare herself for a life without him.

That obviously means Sonny, and Sonny is quite obviously through with Nina. He considers what she did a betrayal, and he can’t get past it even though it was Carly and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) who paid.

Nina’s lost everything-her husband, her family, her job at Crimson, and plans are for her to lose her part of the Metro Court too!

General Hospital Spoilers – Sonny Corinthos And Laura Collins Bond

Even though they have been close through the years, the tragedy of Spencer’s presumed death can’t help but create a closer bond between him and Laura.

But now he’s asking her about her brother Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) and asking if Cyrus is worth her trouble?

That can’t sit well considering she just lost her grandson and the other one is who knows where-and another one is having major problems, namely Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez).

There are a sad few days ahead for Laura and Spencer’s family members and friends, Sonny being his uncle on his mother’s side. However, if anyone could keep hope up of his survival it would be Sonny-he was presumed dead for a while too!
