GH Spoilers: Esme Sees Nikolas’s Return As An Opportunity To Snag Spencer

General Hospital (GH) spoilers indicate that as Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) is officially back in the land of Port Charles, he’ll be ready to take on his fatherly responsibilities where Ace Cassadine (Jay and Joey Clay) are concerned.

Now that Esme Prince (Avery Pohl) remembers all, and is as devious as ever, will she see this as an opportunity to snag Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez)?

GH spoilers note that Spencer still has his guard up when it comes to Esme, but some walls have come down. His defenses get especially gentler towards Ms. Prince when she allows him time with his little brother.

As Nik will storm into the equation soon, he may also be ready to fight for full custody of Ace, which will not only horrify Esme but completely rub Spence the wrong way.

Parents can’t pick and choose the days that they want to take care of their children, it’s a full-time gig. While there was a long while that Spencer wanted to take Ace away from Esme, she has stepped up to the plate as his mother.

Considering Nik’s past with his eldest son and how he abandoned him for years pretending to be dead, Spencer will want to protect Ace from this type of hurt.

After all, Nikolas may be around today and, in the months ahead, but he’s an erratic father who could skip town whenever he falls into trouble.

Whether it’s Esme’s idea, or Ms. Prince making Spence believe it was his idea, the two could “team up” as a unified front to keep Nik away from Ace.

GH Spoilers – Esme Prince Knows How To Seduce

Spencer is madly in love with Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali); however, Nik’s return to town will flip his world upside down, and it won’t have him thinking straight.

He let go of the idea of being a father figure to Ace, but that was when Nikolas was out of the picture. Now that he’s returned to town, Spencer’s obsession to protect his little brother could re-ignite.

This is where Esme’s scheming ways come into play. She’ll look for chances to bring out the “protector” side of Spence, to manipulate the situation, and spend more time together.

She knows how to seduce Spencer and because she still has everyone believing she’s suffering from amnesia; she could have him doing something he may regret later.

Regardless, while she won’t be happy Nik’s in town, she’ll seize this as an opportunity to spend more time with Spencer and ultimately try to break him and Trina up.
