GH Spoilers: Drew’s Erratic Behavior Could Draw Attention From A New Love Interest (Lois)

General Hospital (GH) spoilers spill Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) hasn’t been quite himself lately, and rumor has it his behavior is only going to become more uncharacteristic in the coming weeks.

General Hospital Spoilers — Sam McCall Hasn’t Been Happy With Drew Cain

Drew’s return from Australia was a welcome surprise to Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) — who has yet to take issue with him. But in the coming days, Carly may have a bone to pick with Drew, similarly to Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco).

Sam hasn’t been happy with Drew since he unilaterally decided their daughter, Scout Cain (Cosette Abinante), needs to leave the school she loves to attend a posh all-girls private school.

It’s not like Drew to call the shots that way without even having a conversation with Sam or considering what Scout wants.

Then he took off to Australia for an unexpected business deal without notice and missed all of Christmas, letting Carly know only on his way out of town.

While that doesn’t sound too suspicious, it wasn’t what she was expecting after he only just got out of Pentonville. Now that he’s back, word on the street is that the problems with Drew are just getting started.

GH Spoilers — Sam McCall Rings The Alarm

Sam will do her best to level with Drew and fix the mess he’s made of Scout’s schooling situation, but he might not be receptive to her concerns. He sees this move to another school as the path to success for Scout, but Sam sees it as a disruption to their happy daughter’s life.

When Drew seems dismissive of Sam’s concerns, she’s going to reach out to Carly, curious as to whether she’s spied anything out of the ordinary with Drew lately. That may lead Carly to start looking at their relationship in a new light.

Let’s be honest. Carly was thrilled to see Drew pop in and surprise her on New Year’s Eve, but she was still more surprised at how long he stayed away — and with little contact during his travels. But his homecoming was hardly the time she wanted to grill him about it.

As he settles back in at home, she may become aware of just how intently he’s been focusing on revamping things at Aurora, and Sam’s concerns will only give her more pause.

Is it too out there for Carly to consider that the guy who came home from Pentonville might not be the same man who was sentenced there?

In Port Charles, probably not — and something tells us this could spell the beginning of the end for Carly and Drew if she grows too suspicious.

Drew isn’t just going to balk at Carly’s boxed brownies. The more passive-aggressive comments he starts to make toward her, the more she’s going to start wondering what to give.

Meanwhile, Drew will get to know Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) — someone he’s never really had the opportunity to meet or spend time with since he wasn’t around back in the day when she was married to Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth).

Rumor has it Lois just might take to the newer and saltier version of Drew that came back from Australia. Could that keep her in Port Charles longer? Stay tuned for more GH news and spoilers to find out.
