GH Spoilers: Drew & Carly’s Revenge Plan Backfires, Nina Gains Sympathy From Both Sonny & Willow

General Hospital (GH) spoilers note that it’s been an explosive week in the land of Port Charles.

Off the cusp of learning that Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) was behind the SEC insider trading tip, Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) took matters into his own hands and fired her from Crimson, adding insult to injury by naming Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) as her replacement.

It may have been instant gratification to see Nina’s face when everything went down, but will this revenge lust end up biting Darly in the butt?

General Hospital Spoilers – Olivia Quartermaine’s Reaction Said It All

GH spoilers suggest that things may not end up working out in Darly’s favor. After getting canned, a teary-eyed Nina hit the restrooms only to run into Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero).

The two women had an interesting talk. Despite Nina allowing her hubby Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) to face the wrath of Darly and others, for months as everyone believed he ratted Darly out, Olivia was not “happy” to see Ms. Reeves struggling, rather, she showed her some grace.

When asked why she didn’t spill the SEC secret when she found out, Ms. Q pointed out that she just wanted to keep the peace and encouraged Nina to move on and do the same.

Sadly, Nina likely won’t, but as Olivia felt bad for Ms. Reeves and her current predicament, there will be others who will disapprove of Darly’s actions.

GH Spoilers – When Is Enough, Enough?

When Willow learns about what Darly’s done, she may soften her stance toward her mom.

After all, it didn’t take Carly and Drew long to lash out at Nina and strike back with vengeance. It may have Willow seeing her biological mom’s side in all of this and giving her another chance.

Then, there’s Sonny. He too understands how much Crimson means to Nina; he’s also a huge believer in doing “what’s best for business”, and naming Carly the editor and chief of Crimson isn’t a good move for the magazine. Anyone can see that.

Will Drew and Carly’s revenge plan backfire on them? Will Sonny and Willow chime in on their disapproval or give Nina a second chance because of this?
