GH Spoilers: Did Holly Conspire With Jenz To Score Points With Sasha And Robert?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) is not to be trusted. At least, that’s the story if you ask almost anyone who has ever crossed paths with her.

Still, a few people remain in her corner and ready to defend her, even if they don’t defend the things she’s done. Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) is one of those people, although most would argue he should be more furious with her than anyone else.

Mac Scorpio (John J. York) seems to have enough animosity toward her for the both of them.

Meanwhile, Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) can’t stop sticking up for her friend — even to the daughter she abandoned, Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson).

While Sasha is surprised right now that her mom turned over Jenz Sidwell’s (Carlo Rota) diamonds to save her life, she may be kicking herself later if it turns out to be a very different picture than the one that Holly has painted.

It’s possible that Holly could have lured Jenz to Port Charles on purpose just to set herself up with this scenario so that Sasha would be forced to consider that her mother actually cares about her. How else would Sidwell have known Sasha was even Holly’s daughter?

No one knew — not even the people closest to both of them. Could she have clued him in on purpose and agreed to give him the diamonds back only if they did it on her terms? Would anyone be surprised if Holly were this deceptive?

Of course, just because she used Sasha to get her point across doesn’t mean Sasha was her intended target. Who is really more important to Holly here? It would seem as though Robert means more to her than their daughter does.

After all, she didn’t care how badly it would hurt Sasha to never know who her dad was or have a relationship with him — even though he was an amazing man who would’ve been a good dad to her.

What mattered most to Holly was that Robert never learned what a poor mother she was to Sasha and that she kept her a secret. She cared more about what Robert thought of her than what Sasha thought of her. Why would that change now?

Any benefit that stems from this and gives Holly another shot at being a mom is just the icing on the cake. She’s got her eye on the prize, and that is Robert.

If Sasha can welcome them both into her life so that they may partake in it together and the three of them become some sort of family, she’ll consider that a win and will use Sasha as the glue that binds her to Robert for the rest of her life.

But she would be fine to ditch Sasha again as long as it didn’t reflect badly on her in Robert’s eyes, too. Stay tuned for more GH news and spoilers to see how this storyline continues to play out.
