‘Carson’, meaning Carly and Sonny together, have been over as a couple for quite some time, but not as family and friends.

Sonny and Carly do co parent their daughter Donna Corinthos (Scarlett Spears) and Sonny and Carly are still friends.

But could that friendship be destroyed by Carly’s insisting Jason’s innocent of his charges, trying too hard to force Sonny to believe he’s the same old Jason?

Carly has pleaded with Sonny, telling him he owes Jason, and Sonny has bitterly responded that Jason doesn’t owe him nothing!

To Sonny, Jason is the sniper trying to kill him, and nearly killed Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and he won’t believe any differently!

Sonny feels betrayed by everyone, and since the attack on him and Ava Jerome (Maura West) on his Puerto Rican island he’s paranoid-he knew it was an inside job.

He was trying to catch the rat in his trap and first targeted Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) but Jason makes much more sense-he set up the security on the island!

The question is, why would Jason not come back to Port Charles or reach out to anyone after escaping Cassadine Island-that just makes him look even guiltier.

And now, Sonny doesn’t trust anyone-even those he thought he could trust, like Jason, all those years are just down the drain like they never existed in Sonny’s mind.

General Hospital Spoilers – Even Carly Spencer Betrays Him By Trusting Jason Morgan?

Carly’s pushing Sonny to trust Jason and to hear him out-if indeed, they’re even allowed to speak to each other-just makes Sonny not trust her too!

The mother of some of his children can’t even be trusted not to side with his enemy, and to Sonny, Jason is now his enemy!

How can Sonny trust Jason when he was clearly the shooter on the roof on the drone footage-the other guy in the wind-and on the docks?

Sonny thinks that Jason could have been stalking him for months and trying to kill him but he doesn’t understand why! And now that Carly is trying too hard to get him to trust Jason, he doesn’t trust her either-that years-long bond between them is no more.
