GH Spoilers: Can Holly Buy Her Way Back Into Sasha’s Life — With Serenity?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers tout Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) showed up at the Quartermaine mansion with big hopes of making her daughter, Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson), see the light and snap out of the bad decisions Holly feels she’s made. There’s just one problem. Sasha is quite happy with the direction her life is going in.

At least, she was before her mom wrecked everything by dropping a truth bomb — insisting Sasha’s father is Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers), which would make Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) her first cousin. That’s a whole life more than the boyfriend and latest love of her lifehe was earning in Sasha’s heart.

Now, Holly is only more of an enemy in Sasha’s eyes than she was before, but will she be able to convince her daughter that they can repair their relationship? That bag of diamonds must be enough to score Cody that ranch. Would that call them even?

Holly was far from welcomed at the Quartermaine residence when Sasha answered the door abruptly asking what she was doing there.

It was clear from the get-go that Sasha wanted no parts of whatever Holly was selling — and she definitely expected she was being set up to become a target or a part of another one of Holly’s cons.

Of everyone we’ve seen interact with Holly, it seems Sasha may actually loathe her in a way that would make Mac Scorpio (John J. York) look like her biggest fan. And why not?

Holly abandoned Sasha to be raised by her grandmother after using her for years to pull off con after con. Has she grown enough now to want to make it up to her daughter? Will buying her affection even be possible?

Sasha is likely to see right through any potential business venture Holly tries to embark upon with her. Her mother is the last person she would trust to put her name on any paperwork with her. But what if Holly buys the ranch outright and gifts it to Sasha and a peace offering?

Will Sasha really turn away that kind of generous offer that she could pass off to Cody? How could there possibly be no strings attached though?

Would she want Cody to feel at all indebted to Holly of all people? Would she accept such a gift when she knows it was likely paid for with stolen funds she conned someone out of?

On the other hand, Sasha may also be worried that Holly could be using her to try to score points with Robert. After all, part of the reason she kept the secret about their paternal relationship all these years was so that she didn’t damage her own reputation with Robert.

Holly wasn’t a good mother to their daughter and she didn’t want Robert to see that side of her or judge her for it.
