GH Spoilers: Cameron Mathison Comments On Drillow/Drina Love Triangle – “It Doesn’t Make Sense”

General Hospital (GH) spoilers note that the week of October 28 to November 1 has offered some explosive moments in the land of Port Charles.

Fans have officially seen Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) breathe her last breath in the little town, and the secret kiss (x2) between Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) and Drew Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison) was exposed.

What has not been fully exposed as of yet is Drew’s casual relationship with Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros), which will likely be the next shoe to drop. Cameron Mathison caught up with Soap Opera Digest (SOD) to talk about Drew’s recent actions and his thoughts on the storyline.

General Hospital Spoilers – The Love Triangle Has Rubbed Fans The Wrong Way

GH spoilers reveal there’s a real ‘ick’ factor to this storyline and Drew has rubbed fans the wrong way with his recent actions. Mathison admits to SOD that he understands why it’s touched a nerve with fans, as it has also touched a nerve with him.

Still, he goes on to say that the storyline is solid, and this isn’t the first time an arc like this has unfolded in daytime drama.

He’s not wrong there.

Mathison also notes that Drew is a good man, who isn’t doing things that align with his moral compass, which is shocking GH fans and, “It doesn’t make sense to the audience”.

GH Spoilers – Cameron Mathison Can Relate

Mathison tells SOD that while he can’t relate to Drew’s storyline, specifically, he has done things that aren’t in line with his moral compass in the past.

Cameron tells the online soap mag that he’s learned from mistakes and moved on from them, much like everyone else he knows.

Drew’s in a lot of hot water right now with Willow and his nephew, Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell), so is there any way out for him? Fans will have to tune in to find out!
