GH Spoilers: Brook Lynn To The Rescue When Carly’s Stuck

General Hospital (GH) spoilers and updates tease Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) will come to the rescue when Carly Spencer’s (Laura Wright) stuck on something Crimson Magazine-related.

Carly may talk a good game and be able to fake it like she did at that Five Families meeting for Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) but fashion’s a different thing!

General Hospital Spoilers – Maxie Jones Would Be Better But Brook Lynn Quartermaine Steps Up In A Pinch

The expertise of Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) would have been better, but Brook Lynn steps up to help Carly in a pinch.

They’d just all had a meeting with Carly about deals for advertising and Carly tried to drive a hard bargain with Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot).
Carly knows how to power dress just fine but a fashionista she’s definitely not, and people who read Crimson are really into fashion!

Carly is struggling with how to keep Crimson’s market and if she can’t keep the market, the magazine will fail.

Carly took on a bunch of Nina Corinthos’ (Cynthia Watros) employees, who although loyal to Nina, still need their jobs and Carly feels responsible to keep them working.

GH Spoilers – Brook Lynn Quartermaine Didn’t Like Her Grandmother’s Coup

Brook Lynn really didn’t like her grandmother’s coup at Deception Cosmetics and she doesn’t like Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) at Crimson, but what’s done is done.

Brook Lynn, unlike her mother Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) is neutral where Nina’s concerned-she feels sorry for her and doesn’t pick sides, and she doesn’t want to be in the middle.

She doesn’t want Carly to tank the magazine either, even though Carly would rather stick to running Bobbie’s.

So she’s glad to help Carly with her magazine and marketing questions since Deception Cosmetics and Crimson Magazine have similar audiences and very similar interests.

General Hospital Spoilers – Anything She Can Do

Brook Lynn is supportive and lets Carly know if there’s anything she can do, she’s there for it-even in the midst of planning her wedding. It’s going to be simple, even though there was some discussion with her mother about it.

Carly applauds Brook Lynn for being her own woman and going after what she wants and not settling, and they discuss the strategy for Crimson.

After a couple of hours with Brook Lynn, Carly feels much more comfortable with her role at Crimson Magazine and more comfortable with the market.

She’s grateful for Brook Lynn’s heart and helping spirit, and most of all her friendship-Carly’s been a little short in the girlfriend department lately.
