GH Spoilers: Blaze Will Be The First Of Many Reasons Kristina Wants To Backpedal On Surrogacy

General Hospital (GH) spoilers squeal Blaze (Jacqueline Lopez) was taken aback when Kristina Corinthos Davis (Kate Mansi) shared her plans to be a surrogate for TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) and Molly Lansing Davis (Kristen Vaganos).

Still, Blaze accepted Kristina at face value and supported her decision. She wasn’t going to throw in the towel on whatever could become of their relationship over this short-term change in plans.

That being said, Blaze never really had plans for this relationship anyway. It’s not as though she plans to go public with it — or even tell her family about it. So, should Kristina’s lifestyle choices really have any bearing on Blaze’s feelings if the same doesn’t apply in reverse?

When Kristina agreed to be TJ and Molly’s surrogate, she felt fairly confident that she knew what she was getting into.

Although others have cast some doubt in her direction, Kristina is moving forward — and not just with surrogacy, but with being their egg donor as well.

With Blaze’s support, Kristina just might fool herself into thinking she’s unstoppable and capable of anything — even of giving up her own biological child for her sister to raise in front of her for the rest of her life.

Blaze might not have headed for the hills when Kristina told her about her big plans to become a mother and an aunt all at the same time, but that doesn’t mean she knows what she’s getting herself into either.

At the same time, there is a bit more comfort in Blaze assuring Kristina she’s not going anywhere. After all, Kristina’s lifestyle choices have no impact on Blaze beyond how she feels.

She’s not going to be introducing her to anyone as her girlfriend or love interest in any capacity, right? That’s what Kristina will come to realize, but will Blaze prove her wrong?

Rumor has it Blaze is going to shock Kristina when she decides it’s time to come out of hiding.

Sure, she might lose her family in the process — and her coming out as gay might even make a dent in her rising to stardom — but she’s not going to lose Kristina over this. It’s become that serious that fast. When Blaze comes out, it will change everything.

Suddenly, she and Kristina will have every opportunity to have a real relationship, and a blossoming belly may have Kristina thinking she could have a family of her own after all — and sooner than she thought.

Will her affection for Blaze lead her to grow more attached to the idea of being a mother herself, and will that impact her ability to hand her baby over to Molly and TJ?
