General Hospital (GH) spoilers note that a heated custody battle between Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Ava Jerome (Maura West) is on the horizon, and it looks like Avery Corinthos’s (Ava and Grace Scarola) mom will not be above playing dirty.

Fans were shocked when Natalia Rogers-Ramirez (Eva LaRue) went on a rant to Ava about her daughter’s sexual preferences.

If Sonny and Natalia grow super close in the weeks leading up to the custody hearing and become a couple, could Ava bring the tape out in court? This would not only shock Natalia but also Sonny; however, Natalia’s hateful words could make Sonny look bad.

Despite Sonny being an accepting person and father, Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) could twist things in court.

If Corinthos’ meds are still being tampered with, the mob boss could also have a major outburst during the custody hearing, which would not only be a bad look for him but could also cost him his daughter.
