GH Spoilers: As Everyone Turns On Ava Amidst Her Custody Battle, One Person Won’t

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal Ava Jerome (Maura West) is losing friends faster than she can keep count of them. Even her beloved buddy and attorney, Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner), seemed taken aback by her latest stunt.

Outing Kristina Corinthos Davis (Kate Mansi) and Alison ‘Blaze’ Rogers (Jacqueline Grace Lopez) to the world — and taking down Natalia Ramirez (Eva LaRue) — in the process wasn’t a part of the plan she and Scott had discussed when he agreed to represent her in her custody battle with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard).

General Hospital Spoilers — Not An Easy Fight

Furthermore, he had already warned her that it wouldn’t be an easy fight. Now, she’s made that even more difficult by stacking the deck against herself as Sonny’s misdeeds fade to black better.

She may have roped Scott into standing by her side for now, but she’s going to find everyone else isn’t so easy to sway — or pay.

GH Spoilers – Hint They’re Out

Having Mayor Laura Collins (Genie Franics) on her side certainly would help Ava out in the courtroom, but Laura sternly warned Ava not to make her regret her decision to help her seek custody.

After Ava’s latest bout of revenge games though, it’s not likely that Laura is going to stick with her previous decision. But that won’t shock Ava nearly as much as it will when Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) backs away from her — and quits her job at the gallery!

As Ava continues to push Trina into the middle of this custody battle, and hopes to pump her for information via Josslyn ‘Joss’ Jacks (Eden McCoy), she may be uncomfortable enough to cut ties with Ava altogether. Then who will the gallerista have left?

GH Spoilers – Hint Nikolas Cassadine Remains Her Steadfast Supporter

It won’t score her any points in the courtroom, but Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) isn’t going to abandon her in her time of need. They’ve been through enough together — and apart — at this point and know they want to remain allies and friends.

Besides, Nikolas is hardly in a good position to be demanding or choosy about who his friends are or what he turns his nose up to.

He didn’t think Ava was wise to sit on the information she knew about Sonny’s meds and use it against him, but he’s not going to throw that in her face now.

General Hospital Spoilers — Is There Hope For This Couple To Rebound?

Nikolas may be in her corner, but having the testimony of a convict claiming you’re a good mom isn’t the look Ava is going for in front of the judge.

However, Nikolas may be able to help Ava pinpoint who is actually behind the medication scam so that she can leverage what she knows to get them to further tweak Sonny’s prescription.

If he does this for her, will he earn back the love and respect he has longed for from Ava? Isn’t that always what makes Ava fall for a guy — how much he’s willing to sacrifice or break the law for her?
