GH Spoilers: Anna Renews Romance With Valentin Under False Pretenses, Will She Get Burned?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) has been very good at hiding some of his darkest tendencies for years now.

He helped Jack Brennan (Charles Mesure) fund the Pikeman Group years ago and has been working with the criminal organization behind the scenes for years now. But now that Brennan has been jailed, Valentin has taken the leadership role himself. That means he runs the risk of exposure more than ever now.

It’s worth nothing that at one point, Helena Cassadine (Constance Towers) admitted that Valentin was the Cassadine she feared the most. But aside from a few instances, Valentin hasn’t really given any indication that’s as ruthless as his mother indicated.

Valentin seemed to really soften once his daughter, Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez) began to emulate him.

He’s also been involved in romantic relationships with both Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) and Anna Devane (). But neither of those relationship worked out.

GH Spoilers – Valentin Cassadine Has Altered Sonny Corinthos’ medication!

The Pikeman Group has two targets in Port Charles, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Bernard) and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton). Valentin has taken steps to have Sonny’s bi-polar medication reduced to about a quarter of his prescribed dosage.

With Sonny spiraling out of control, Valentin plans to use his animosity toward Jason to frame him for killing Jason. That way Valentin can take care of both Jason and Sonny all at once.

Anna already suspect Valentin of being a part of Pikeman and it’s criminal activities. But because they were once romantically involved, she doesn’t know if she can be objective.

Although she’s asked Jason to look into Valentin, that option may not be available if something happens to Jason.

So Anna may decide to take one of the biggest risks of her career. She might decide to fake a renewed romance in order to get the evidence she needs.

But Valentin is smart and it could end up being a game of cat and mouse. But the question becomes whether Valentin would actually kill Anna if she gets too close?
