GH Spoilers: Anna And Jason’s Awkward Return To Port Charles After Passionate Kiss

General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Anna Devane (Finola Hughes), and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) grew quite close this year when they worked together to prove that Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) was the head of the mysterious Pikeman Group.

But after the Pikeman investigation ended, Jason was free to return to Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Bernard) side as his right-hand man. He’s even helped Sonny dispose of the weapon Sonny’s used to murder FBI Agent John Cates (Adam Harrington).

General Hospital Spoilers – Anna Devane Was Disappointed In Jason Morgan

Anna, the Police Commissioner, was disappointed by Jason decision to return to Sonny’s Organization. Jason admitted that he was friends with both Sonny and Anna, but Anna said that it couldn’t work that way, and she ended their friendship.

But now they’ve been forced to work together once again as they attempt to rescue Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) and bring him home to Port Charles.

They went undercover at a fancy casino and posed as a couple in order to be invited to Jenz Sidwell’s (Carlo Rota) camp, which is where Lucky is being held.

GH Spoilers – Jenz SIdwell Plans To Kill Jason Morgan And Anna Devane

Jenz was on to Jason and Anna immediately and before they knew it there were sharing a cell together. Sidwell already told them he was going to kill them, and Anna began to freak out. Terrified they were going to die, Jason and Anna kissed passionately.

The tension between them has been building for weeks so it’s not surprising that they are finally acting on their attraction. But once they are inevitably rescued, reality will set back in.

Once the excitement has died down and everyone is safely back in Port Charles, Jason and Anna will reassure each other that the kiss meant nothing. They were just afraid they were going to die and were acting on impulse.

But chances are the two of them won’t be able to forget their kiss. Whether or not they can make a romance work remains to be seen, especially is Jason continues to serve as Sonny’s right hand man!
