General Hospital spoilers reveal that Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) hasn’t been seen in Port Charles since 2016.

Ric has quite the history in town, and has connections to many other residents. Ric has always been a schemer but he loves his daughter.

General Hospital Spoilers – Ric Lansing Is Molly Lansing-Davis’ Father And Sonny Corinthos’ Half-Brother

Ric still has family ties in Port Charles. He was once married to Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and they share a daughter together, Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos).

Given Molly’s current drama with her sister Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi), it’s likely Molly who will the reason Ric returns in August. But it should also be noted Ric is also Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Bernard) half-brother.

Ric and Sonny’s relationship has always been a bit rocky, and there’s no reason to think that’s changed now.

Ric once schemed with Madeline Reeves (Donna Mills) to steal Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) vast fortune. Even though Ric and Madeline were lovers, he married Nina. Eventually, Nina discovered their plot and promptly had their marriage annulled.

Currently, Nina is involved in a sexual relationship with Drew Quartermaine (Cameron Matheson) but who knows what will happen if Ric catches her eye once again!

Ric’s shady behavior has gotten him into other trouble as well, he once faked his death with the help of Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) when Julian Jerome (William DeVry) framed Ric for an assortment of crimes.

Ric and Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) have a messy romantic past. They’ve been married but Ric’s shady behavior always seemed to come between them.

Elizabeth once miscarried their baby, so Ric held a pregnant Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) captive in a panic room with plans to give Elizabeth Carly’s baby once she gave birth.

It’s possible Elizabeth could forgive Ric for their past, and even become involved again. But with Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) also returning, that seems less likely. Regardless, Ric has quite the history in Port Charles!
