GH Hottest Storyline Of The Week – Alexis Goes To Jail

General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that when Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Bernard) murdered FBI Agent John Cates (Adam Harrington) at the Quartermaine boathouse, he set into motion a chain of events that will be felt in Port Charles for a long time to come.

Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) helped Sonny cover up his involvement and Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) provided Sonny with an alibi. Both Carly and Michael have put themselves at risk in order to protect Sonny.

General Hospital Spoilers – Kristina Corinthos-Davis Was The Wild Card!

At the time, Sonny had no idea that his daughter, Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) went to Sonny’s penthouse and stole one of his guns, a gun that was the same make and model of the murder weapon.

Kristina drove to the Quartermaine mansion and planned to kill Cates but turned around. She eventually returned to her mother, Alexis Davis’ (Nancy Lee Grahn) home.\

Alexis found the gun and immediately disposed of it by throwing it from the footbridge into the river. Alexis was eventually arrested for Cates’ murder.

GH Spoilers – Alexis Davis Was Charged With Murder!

This week, Alexis decided to represent herself in court and pleaded not guilty. She was also denied bail and was immediately sent to Pentonville. Alexis wasn’t happy to learn her cell mate was none other than Heather Webber (Alley Mills).

Instead of confessing to the crime, Sonny decided to hire Martin Grey (Michael E Knight) to defend Sonny. He warned Martin to do whatever it takes to win.

Martin’s return will not only impact Alexis and her case. Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) and Martin broke up several months ago but they may still have unfinished business,

General Hospital Spoilers – Sam McCall Is Desperate To Save Alexis Davis

Alexis’ oldest daughter, Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) know that if authorities can find the gun that Alexis threw into the river that she will be acquitted of murder. So, she decided to dive into the dangerous waters and locate the gun herself.

With news reports swirling that Monaco is being killed off the show, speculation is rampant that Sam will die while trying to find the gun.

It’s unclear if she will be successful of not before tragedy strikes. All of this could have been prevented if Sonny had just confessed to his crime.
