GH Alum James Patrick Stuart Cannot Get ‘Anna Devane’ Out Of His Mind

General Hospital (GH) spoilers suggest it has been a hot minute since fans have seen Valentin Cassadine, and thanks a little to Anna Devane (Finola Hughes), who gave him a heads up that the feds were closing in on him, he left Port Charles with his daughter Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez) in tow.

While their names have been mentioned quite a bit, no one has heard or seen the two in quite a while. Although fans do get the sneaking suspicion that Jack Brennan (Charles Mesure) may be in the know as to where Valentin is. Now that Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) is awake, the hunt is on for Charlotte.

With that said, some recent social media posts hint that even though some time has passed, Valentin’s portrayer, James Patrick Stuart, can’t get “Anna” off his mind.

One only has to hop on Stuart’s X (formerly known as Twitter) handle and see how much he’s missing Anna Devane.

He has a series of different photos uploaded and different times with the caption, “Always something there to remind me,” on them. What makes them so interesting? Each one has some sort of “Anna” mentioned with it.

There’s one photo of a bridal shop, called “Anna’s”; another shot of some flour at a grocery store (and the brand is called “Anna”), as well as a photo taken this past summer of JPS in front of a Chinese restaurant called “Anna’s”.

James also took a snapshot and uploaded it on X, with an establishment called “Fin” and tagged Finola Hughes’ X account on it. Some of the other “Anna” posts Hughes are tagged, or there’s a #Vanna and #GeneralHospital hashtag on them. Is the actor trying to tell fans something?

There’s been no official announcement about Stuart’s return, or Fernandez’s for that matter, but as Lulu is awake, it looks like Anna and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) will be gearing up to find the girl and reunite her with her mom.

There’s a very good chance fans should anticipate Charlotte to return … but what about Valentin? Only time will tell!
