General Hospital Spoilers Friday, March 8:  Welcome Announcements, Catty Confrontations And Determined Plans

General Hospital spoilers and updates for Friday, March 8 tease welcome announcements, catty confrontations and determined plans. Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) has a welcome announcement, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) a catty confrontation, and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) determined plans.

General Hospital Spoilers – Welcome Announcements

At the hospital, Sam has a welcome announcement for the rest of Dante Falconeri’s (Dominic Zamprogna) family and friends. A relieved Sam announces that she has good news, likely updating those who weren’t there in the hospital with her.

Dante has come out of surgery well and has been transferred to the intensive care unit.

General Hospital Spoilers Friday, March 8:  Welcome Announcements, Catty Confrontations And Determined PlansPortia Robinson (Brook Kerr) had said the prospects are good but he had to make it through the night. From everything Sam is saying and her body language, he has.

GH Spoilers – Searches For Suspects

After confiscating Damian Spinelli’s (Bradford Anderson) footage and threatening to arrest him and Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) Agent John Cates (Adam Harrington) has what he needs.

He’s obviously shared the information with Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) who tells him there is one other person “he” would run to. They’re talking about Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) who was clearly shown on Spinelli’s drone tape.

General Hospital Spoilers – Catty Confrontations

Back at the hospital, Nina is at the chapel having a catty confrontation with Ava Jerome (Maura West); she accuses her of knowing more about this than she’s saying. Nina knows that Dante had been shot at the docks, since Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) got the call while she was talking to her at The Invader.

Nina fears, rightly so, that Sonny is involved in this somehow even though she wouldn’t think he shot his own son!

Ava’s keeping certain things she knows to herself, but she may tell Nina about there being a certain suspect in the matter. Even Nina’s not likely to believe that Jason’s alive and working against Sonny!

GH Spoilers – Carly Spencer Is Taken Aback

At Carly Spencer’s (Laura Wright) house, she’s taken aback when Cates and Anna show up looking for Jason. Carly first asks, what’s this about a suspect-she’ll be shocked when she finds out who they’re looking for.

Cates will likely show her the image since it is unbelievable, and the biggest question will be why hasn’t Jason contacted anyone? It doesn’t seem like the Jason that she’s known so many years, that’s for sure-and trying to kill Sonny? Like Spinelli, she’ll never believe that even for a minute!

General Hospital Spoilers – Updating Family

In the meantime, Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) and Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) are at the Quartermaine gatehouse, updating Michael and Willow Corinthos (Chad Duell, Katelyn MacMullen). Dex verifies they do know something about the person who shot Dante, although it’s unlikely they know about Spinelli’s drone video showing Jason.

They know whoever shot Dante knew some advanced first aid and had called 911 before leaving his phone by Dante, where they discovered him.

Dex will bring up again, leaving Port Charles and Michael will try to convince him to stay. Certainly Josslyn will jump in the conversation as well.

GH Spoilers – Determined Plans

Still at the hospital, Sonny talks to Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) and tells her he just wants to find out who did this and take care of the situation. If this really is Jason on the footage he was shown, he must have a reason for what he’s been doing and his lack of contact.

Like Spinelli and others, Sonny doesn’t want to and can’t believe that Jason, back from the dead, is out to kill him! He obviously doesn’t believe it was Jason who took the shot through the warehouse skylight and shot Dante and seriously injured him.
