A former member of the AUB who grew up with eight moms and 34 siblings opened up on social media and dished some interesting insights into Sister Wives star Robyn Brown, The Q&A answered many questions that TLC fans had on their minds. Read on to find out more.
Sister Wives Fans Believe Robyn Brown Wanted To Be Top Dog
For years, TLC fans believed that Robyn manipulated the other wives and her husband, Kody Brown so she could be the favorite wife. Some Sister Wives fans believe that she wanted all of the other wives gone. But, the jury is out on that for now. Meanwhile, other fans wondered if Kody Brown was as hot a catch as she thought.
Truely Brown seems to require some therapy, and TLC fans recently saw that Ysabel Brown was terribly sad about her father’s lack of involvement in her life. Garrison Brown took his own life, and some people believe that only Robyn Brown’s kids matter to Kody. How close to the truth might that idea be? Former AUB Member Speaks About Robyn Brown
Melanie, who is also on YouTube took to Reddit recently. New to the platform, TLC fans were thrilled to hear that she is very knowledgeable about polygamy and her husband knows Robyn. Interestingly, out of her 34 siblings, only a handful of them remain in the AUB. Her mom left her dad, who is allegedly the current prophet.
There were many questions by Sister Wives fans but quite a lot of people seemed interested in Robyn Brown, so we focused on those. The first questioner asked, “Do any parts of sister wives remind you of your own family?”
Melanie told the TLC fan, “I grew up with a few of them so we are all familiar with the culture aspects of what was expected of us as plural wives. I have another mother that is exactly like Robyn.”
More Insights Into Kody’s Favorite Wife
A Sister Wives fan asked Melanie:
Omg, it’s so hard to understand Robyn, her motivations all seem so selfish and focused on grabbing all attention and resources. She doesn’t seem anyway normal, kind or real. She seems [like] a complete narcissist and manipulator. What is your acessment/point of view about her?
In reply, the former member of the AUB gave her take on Robyn Brown, saying, “She is extremely manipulative & self serving.” When someone else wondered if the TLC star was “aware” that she was so manipulative, Melanie replied, “That’s a good question. I don’t know how she couldn’t be aware.”
Asking about the other mother who Melanie claimed was just like Robyn Brown, a Sister Wives fan wrote, “In what way is she just like Robyn? What effects of that did you feel personally?”
Here is the reply:
She was extremely manipulative. She monopolize my dad’s time. She thought she was superior to all of the other wives. She was the only one who actually knew how to live polygamy. I could literally keep going
As for jealousy and infighting, Kody Brown would have been a great catch as a convert. But, losing wives isn’t great news for esteem. As for divisions between wives, Melanie explained, “Everyone’s always trying to climb to the top.”
