The Six’s secret’s discovered by Nish Panesar (Navin Chowdry) and he inflicts Halloween horrors on them; Jean Slater (Gillian Wright) bonds with a new friend, and more!
Nish becomes wary of The Six after overhearing a secret conversation between Kathy Cotton (Gillian Taylforth) and his ex-wife Suki Panesar (Balvinder Sopal).
He soon discovers their meeting as they try to recall their stories from Christmas; Nish is determined to uncover the truth, but the women claim they have nothing to hide.
However, we know they have been hiding their role in Keanu Taylor’s (Danny Walters) murder for the past year, and it looks like their secret will be exposed soon.
Nish insists on accompanying them to the police station, where he and The Six are questioned again by DCI Arthurs (Ian Burfield) about Christmas Day.
Later, Nish goes back to Suki’s house, convinced she is keeping something from him, and it doesn’t take long before he confronts her with what he has learned.
Next week, the Six find themselves ensnared, bracing for a terrifying Halloween-under Nish’s orders, Suki is compelled to lure the other women over with deceitful intentions.
As their hidden truth comes to light, tensions rise dramatically; taking charge, Suki sends the others away, but it soon becomes evident that Nish is not easily swayed.
Suki ignores calls from Stacey Slater (Lacey Turner) because Nish is moving back into her home, as Denise Fox (Diane Parish) confides in Linda Carter (Kellie Bright) about Nish.
Avani Nandra-Hart (Aaliyah James) confronts him with tough questions; Nish then gathers The Six at The Queen Vic, where they anxiously await their fate, as holds their destinies in his grasp.
A chilling scene unfolds as Kathy, Stacey, Suki, Denise, Linda, and Sharon Watts (Letitia Dean) confront Nish in the pub—what will their outcome be?
Jean Slater (Gillian Wright) finds a new friend as her partner Harvey Monroe (Ross Boatman) relies on his bond with Kathy Cotton (Gillian Taylforth).
Jean feels guilty for speaking to social services about Tommy Moon (Sonny Kendall), and a poorly timed remark from Kathy bothers her.
Stacey urges Jean to stay silent, but she feels embarrassed when she sees a tense chat between Alfie Moon (Shane Richie), Kat Slater (Jessie Wallace), and Bianca Jackson (Patsy Palmer).
Alfie reassures Jean about her choices, and while there’s tension between Kat and Alfie, he later comforts her about recent issues, and they go to The Vic together.
However, Jean struggles when Elaine Peacock (Harriet Thorpe) asks for gossip, leading her to unintentionally offend Kojo Asare (Dayo Koleosho).
Harvey attempts to make dinner for Jean after getting tips from Kathy, but Jean ends up having a meal with Kojo at the pub to make amends. While Harvey waits for Jean at home, he decides to go talk to Kathy.
Kojo has a meaningful conversation with Jean, and Stacey encourages Harvey to be more understanding towards Jean, leading to their reconciliation thanks to a kind gesture from her.
Their moment is interrupted when Kojo arrives with a present for Jean, prompting Harvey to find reasons to visit Kathy again.
After a good week, Elaine asks Kojo to wear his brother George Knight’s (Colin Salmon) costume, which he happily agrees to; meanwhile, are Jean and Harvey growing apart?
Avani Nandra-Hart (Aaliyah James) is clearly in turmoil, still reeling from the traumatic events of the previous week, but trying to put on a brave face.
Her older boyfriend, Mason (Alex Draper), brutally ejected her from his car, leaving her hurt, embarrassed and abandoned after she refused sex.
Compounding her distress, her father, Ravi Gulati (Aaron Thiara), ignited a fierce conflict by unleashing his fury on the unsuspecting Barney Mitchell (Lewis Bridgeman) in a terrifying manner.
Amidst all this chaos, Avani is left feeling vulnerable and deeply affected by her experiences-it sounds like she’s developing a case of PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder).
Will her family be able to rally around her during this difficult time, and give her the support she needs to heal?
Martin Fowler (James Bye) is utterly taken aback by startling news. The revelation from Honey (Emma Barton) and Billy Mitchell (Perry Fenwick) about the impending threat to the market’s existence leaves him reeling.
In response, the trio convenes a critical meeting with the market traders at The Vic, where they deliberate the alarming possibility of the market and the Square gardens facing obliteration.
Ian Beale (Adam Woodyatt) is called upon to shed light on the council’s intentions, but tensions rise dramatically upon discovery Junior Knight (Micah Balfour) has been awarded the potential redevelopment contract.
