Linda Carter (Kellie Bright) makes a dangerous choice as Christmas approaches-what will happen to the landlady of The Queen Vic?

After Linda’s actions became more reckless, her mother Elaine Knight (Harriet Thorpe) lost hope and gave her an ultimatum-but Linda decides to continue drinking instead of sobriety for herself and her family.

She leaves the pub, leading to a risky night of drinking in an episode airing on Monday, December 16, 2024 that centers on her; what does this mean for Linda’s future?

Earlier this year, there were hints that she might be mourned at a funeral, with the Carter family returning while Linda is absent.

EastEnders Spoilers – Lauren’s Ultimatum

Cindy Beale (Michelle Collins) is shocked when she faces Lauren Branning; (Jacqueline Jossa) although Lauren, who struggles with alcoholism, is staying sober, she’s battling a painkiller addiction and experiencing withdrawal symptoms.

She turns down Cindy’s offer for more pills, but as her condition worsens, Peter Beale (Thomas Law) rushes the pregnant Lauren to the hospital without knowing what’s happening.

Lauren worries she may have harmed the baby, but a scan shows everything’s fine; Cindy’s appalled to discover that Lauren’s been using drugs while pregnant, leading to a fierce confrontation.

Cindy gives Lauren an ultimatum: she must tell Peter, or Cindy will-as Cindy increases the pressure, Peter talks to Ian Beale (Adam Woodyatt) about Lauren’s behavior.

Ian suggests that Peter should propose to show Lauren he is committed to co-parenting; will Peter ask the big question, and will Lauren admit to her drug issues?

EastEnders Spoilers – Martin’s Bold Move With Stacey

Martin Fowler’s (James Bye) in a tough spot and reaches out to his ex-wife and friend, Stacey Slater; (Lacey Turner) this raises questions about a possible romantic rekindling.

Martin and Ruby Allen (Louisa Lytton) are heartbroken to find out that the liver donor for their son Roman Allen’s (Leo, no last name) transplant is not suitable.

However, Martin is a match and could be Roman’s best chance, which leaves Ruby feeling both shocked and relieved when he quickly agrees to the procedure.

Meanwhile, Lily Slater (Lillia Turner) becomes upset upon hearing about Martin’s surgery, worrying about what might happen to his other children if things go wrong.

Amidst deep conversation with Stacey, Martin reveals his fears, and after a touching moment, he tries to kiss her; this unexpected kiss leaves both feeling uncertain of their true feelings.
