Yolande Trueman (Angela Wynter) faces a shocking revelation next week as we witness the final moments of her assailant, Pastor Gideon Clayton (Howard Saddler).
Unsure about participating in the Harvest Festival at the community center, Yolande is encouraged by Patrick Trueman (Rudolph Walker) to join in.
Their conversation is cut short when DS Amartey (Eva Fontaine) arrives with news that another woman has stepped forward regarding the allegations against Pastor Clayton.
Yolande finds inspiration in Amy Mitchell (Ellie Dadd), whose resilience uplifts her spirits; Yolande goes to the community center, much to the joy of Levi (Mark Akintimehin) and Agatha (Chloe Okora).
Everything seems to be going smoothly until Stella Clayton (Velile Tshabalala), the pastor’s wife, shows up, demanding that Yolande withdraw her statement against her husband.
Yolande reveals some hard truths, and later, Pastor Clayton bursts into her home; despite the chaos, Yolande gains strength by standing up to her attacker.
Meanwhile, an unaware Patrick is concerned about Yolande at The Queen Vic with Kim Fox (Tameka Empson) and Howie Danes (Delray Atkinson).
Clayton pressures Yolande to change her story, but she firmly refuses-Denzel Danes (Jaden Ladega) then escorts Clayton out, leaving Patrick, Kim, and Howie stunned by the scene.
Later that night, the police arrive to inform Yolande and Patrick that Pastor Clayton has taken his own life; Yolande is shaken by the news, and her family supports her.
Stella comes to visit, and Patrick offers comfort to Yolande in this difficult time; will Yolande find closure now that Pastor Clayton cannot be held accountable?
Bianca Jackson (Patsy Palmer) is using underhanded tactics to uncover the truth from killer Reiss Colwell (Jonny Freeman).
She continues to manipulate him and pretends to make a kind gesture before Sonia Fowler’s (Natalie Cassidy) plea hearing. Bianca is focused on helping her sister and soon notices Reiss with a mysterious letter.
Kat Slater (Jessie Wallace) tries to calm Bianca down, and she eventually agrees to step back.
However, she is taken aback when she reads Reiss’s secret letter, just as Debbie Colwell’s (Jenny Meier) parents arrive with a lawyer to discuss her will.
Bianca is asked by Reiss to leave, but she stays and is shocked by Debbie’s demands. She goes to the café to talk to Brenda and Hugh Collins (Nichola McAuliffe, Michael Bertenshaw) about Reiss and Debbie’s marriage.
After that, Bianca visits Kat at the cab office to share her new doubts; Kat encourages her to see a doctor, but Bianca decides to find Freddie Slater (Bobby Brazier) instead.
She then hides Freddie’s microphone while bird watching to catch Reiss confessing-Bianca offers Reiss drinks to get him to talk, but Freddie interrupts their moment.
Later, Freddie checks in on Bianca’s well-being, but she brushes him off; will Bianca be able to reveal Reiss’s truth and get the help she needs for her mental health?
Tommy Moon (Sonny Kendall) keeps misbehaving, causing problems for Kat and Alfie Moon (Shane Richie) as they deal with him skipping school.
Kat gets upset with Alfie for not being strict enough, so he decides to close the bookies early to talk to Tommy. This choice costs Alfie his job, while Tommy pretends to be nice in front of them.
However, the issues are still not fixed; later, Tommy helps Alfie get a new job at the Minute Mart, but Alfie faces a surprise during the interview. Kat encourages Alfie to accept the job, but will they be able to handle Tommy’s behavior?
Cindy Beale (Michelle Collins) encourages her daughter Anna Knight (Molly Rainford) to express her feelings for Freddie, and they decide to be friends again by going bird watching.
After their outing, Freddie and Anna return to The Queen Vic, where Ian Beale (Adam Woodyatt) gives them a disapproving look and voices his disappointment.
This prompts Cindy to leave, making it clear she won’t forgive Ian’s attitude, and she heads to Beale’s Eels for a passionate meeting with Junior Knight (Micah Balfour).
Ian soon arrives at the restaurant just as Cindy and Junior are finishing up, but later, Junior comes up with a plan to have more private time with Cindy.
They go to a nearby hotel for another intimate encounter, and afterward, Junior invites Cindy to lunch, but feels hurt when she turns down the offer; is Junior falling for Cindy?
George Knight (Colin Salmon) takes some time to connect with his brother, Kojo Asare (Dayo Koleosho).
Despite his attempts to build a bond, George’s efforts seem to miss the mark at first. However, as the week progresses, he gives it another shot.
Their dynamic begins to warm up when he introduces Kojo to the ins and outs of working behind the bar at The Queen Vic. Is Kojo finally beginning to settle in?
