EastEnders spoilers and updates tease there’s been a spin-off series announced featuring a Freddie Slater (Bobby Brazier) and Big Mo Harris (Laila Morse) comeback. The short six episode digital mini-series will explain where they were and what they did in between times.

The digital series, available on BBC One’s EastEnders social media accounts on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and X, formerly known as Twitter, will be a short explanation.

Freddie and his great-grandmother Big Mo are set to make a comeback on the popular soap opera starting Monday, May 20, 2024. However, their return is bound to bring some unexpected twists and turns.

The upcoming mini-series will follow Freddie as he embarks on a new adventure living in his great-grandmother’s caravan, where they both find themselves caught up in all sorts of mischief.

Throughout the six episodes, audiences will witness the strong bond between Freddie and Big Mo and a glimpse of Freddie’s mischievous side as he playfully teases and pulls pranks on her.

EastEnders Spoilers – Delving Into Freddie’s Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder

In the upcoming episodes of the mini-series, Freddie will be facing the challenges of his ADHD diagnosis, showing what it’s like to live with ADHD for both the audience and Big Mo.

To add to the drama, it seems that Freddie’s lingering feelings for Anna Knight, (Molly Rainford) Bobby Beale’s (Clay Milner Russell) girlfriend, will create an awkward situation for everyone involved.

The announcement of the series came earlier this year, coinciding with the confirmation of the pair’s return to the soap.

Morse expressed her excitement about returning to Walford to revive Mo, stating: “I’m thrilled to be back in EastEnders, a show that means so much to me. I’m looking forward to reuniting with my on-screen family, who feel like my real family, and meeting both familiar and new faces;” they’ll be back on EastEnders full-time starting next week.

Executive Producer Chris Clenshaw added, “We are thrilled to have Laila Morse returning to EastEnders as Mo Harris. The Slater family has been through a lot of drama since her last appearance, and Mo’s return will surely shake things up even more”.

Laila will be back permanently, diving right into the heart of the action with her great-grandson Freddie; it’s going to be exciting to see how she adds to the storyline!

They will make a dramatic entrance-Alfie Moon (Shane Richie) will hit out at two potential burglars with a toy baseball bat, but it turns out to be Big Mo and Freddie.

Later in the week, Big Mo will take a shine to Stevie Mitchell (Alan Ford) and invite him home.
