Anna Duggar got backlash for her return to X, formerly Twitter. On Thursday, May 30, she reacted to former president Donald Trump‘s conviction. A jury found him guilty of all 34 charges in the New York hush money trial involving former adult star Stormy Daniels.

Anna shared her support for the 45th president. She got hit with criticism since her husband Josh Duggar is currently serving time in jail for child pornography. He also slept with a former adult star in the past. She had no idea what was coming for her.

That’s not all. Jana Duggar broke her social media silence. Some fans wonder what this could mean for the family. Most of the family members went into hiding after Josh Duggar went to jail.

Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar are no longer active on social media. They maintained a low profile and only made appearances at family events.

“Shiny Happy People Season 2 is coming out soon so I guess the speculation is that they’re trying to make everything look perfect and good,” another user speculated.

Shiny Happy People Season 1 premiered in June 2023. It’s been a year since fans dove into the dark world of the Duggars. It’s unclear whether they will be covered in the second season. It’s also likely the Amazon Prime docuseries will cover other families.

“Except when something major (bad) happens, they go radio silent. My guess is there is a wedding coming and they are trying to re-establish a presence so they can monetize it. Either that or some kind of NDA expired and they can talk again. And the Anna thing I think is just a coincidence,” one fan noted.
