DOOL Spoilers: Xander, Tate, & Gabi Released – EJ Spirals When He’s Fired As Salem’s D.A.

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers hint that EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) has been on a warpath ever since he became Salem’s new district attorney.

He immediately sent Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus) to prison without bail for the murder of Li Shin (Remington Hoffman) and has Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) in jail for shooting Harris Michaels (Steve Burton), as he awaits trial.

Then, there’s the case of Tate Black (Jamie Martin Mann), and everything EJ has done to nail the young man in Holly Jonas’s (Ashley Puzemis) overdose case. Thanks to Justin Kiriakis’s (Wally Kurth) legal expertise, the teen will not be tried as an adult, but once the truth comes out about Tate, Xander, and possibly Gabi, could EJ get fired?

Days spoilers indicate that EJ’s punishments have been a tad harsh, considering the circumstances.

While Xander is a past criminal, and denying bail makes sense on some level, the way he handled Gabi and Tate’s case was completely overboard, both in the name of revenge.

Salem’s current mayor, Paulina Price (Jackée Harry), was the one who hired him; however, she’s more than preoccupied with some health drama of her own. Once the dust settles, could EJ find himself without a job?

As the old saying goes, when it rains, it pours. EJ may find his entire world flipped upside down in the weeks ahead.

As it comes to light that both Xander and Tate are innocent (they will likely be the first two, to be exonerated), Paulina may feel as if EJ used his position unjustly.

There’s also the idea that Nicole DiMera (Arianne Zucker) will soon find out that Baby Jude is hers, and if the “whole” truth is revealed about Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) being the father, EJ may find himself not only without a job but also without a wife.
