However, let’s entertain the idea that Fiona is being truthful-that she truly experienced a nervous breakdown and was committed to a mental institution for several years.

If that’s the case, then the show could be laying the groundwork for what will happen to Fiona now that she’s back.

That means the show just might be preparing for another psychiatric episode for Fiona somewhere down the line in the future; or possibly even sooner.

It is possible that Fiona might end up facing another crisis, this time being committed at Bayview, all the signs seem to be there.

Continuing to drink, despite being an alcoholic, could lead to a dangerous spiral, and then there’s the bizarre behavior with her new drinking buddy and possibly lover Brady Black (Eric Marsolf).

There’s a chance that Days could create a bringing back painful memories from her past, potentially triggering a nervous breakdown and leading her to be committed to Bayview once again.

For instance, someone could catch her and Brady together and confront her for seducing Victor’s grandson.
