DOOL Spoilers: Will Harris Be A Standup Guy And Exonerate Xander-Why Is He Still A Suspect?

Days of Our Lives spoilers and updates tease Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) should be exonerated, since both EJ DiMera (Dan Feurreriegel) and Harris Michaels (Steve Burton) know he’s innocent.

Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) turned himself in for shooting Harris, so will Harris be a standup guy and exonerate Xander?

Stefan had gone to EJ to get him out of town but he was going to send him to North Korea, and that wasn’t acceptable.

Harris made him as his attacker but kept it between himself and Stefan, with Xander out on bail but still a suspect!

Harris is kind of skipping some steps and that’s not helping Xander at all, he needs to get the ball rolling for Xander since EJ doesn’t seem to be catching up!

Xander has no idea that Stefan turned himself in and it’s only a matter of time before the wheels of justice turn in his favor, but he’s impatient.

He’s on bail but he wants to clear his name, and he misses his baby daughter Victoria Margaret Horton-Kiriakis (uncredited baby actors) so he insists to Harris he’s innocent.

DOOL Spoilers – Harris Michaels Could Get Xander Cook Released If He Would

The main obstacle to getting Xander released and his charges dropped is EJ, but Harris could let Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) in on the deal. That might get the ball rolling a little faster for Xander; EJ is unavailable, dealing with other family issues but Xander’s very impatient.

Harris considers whether he should spill the beans to Xander, but he can do nothing to get his charges dropped, EJ has to do that, plus charge his brother Stefan!

Harris can not see getting Xander all excited about clearing his name when he can’t do anything about it. He certainly can’t blame the guy, no one wants to be falsely accused and unable to prove it.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Honesty Is The Best Policy

Sometimes honesty is just the best policy overall and Harris finally tells Xander there is something in the works-another suspect confessed but he’s not the DA!

He tries to encourage Xander to be patient for EJ to drop the charges against him, but he knows it’s not Xander who shot him.

He knows who shot him but keeping it confidential is essential for the case to be prosecuted successfully.

Xander does feel a little better knowing that Harris knows that he isn’t his shooter, but he is impatient.

Harris encourages him that he probably will have to come back into the Salem PD for paperwork processing but that’s about it.
