Phillip will claim that he cannot stand by and watch Xander destroy the company. Phillip will actually step up for once in his life to protect Victor’s legacy.

Phillip knows that Victor would not approve of this move and he cannot let this happen. Phillip wants to take over Titan himself and take it to new levels.

Fans will remember that the last time this was discussed, Vivian wanted to start running drugs through the company again to come up with more money.

Victor would certainly not be okay with Vivian’s plan to make money after he took the business into a legitimate direction years ago. That won’t stop them from trying.

Fans know that Vivian was Phillips surrogate after she stole Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) fertilized egg and had it implanted in her so she could give birth to Victor’s son and not Kate.

However, Kate is his biological mother. Vivian feels a deep bond with Phillip and Phillip uses this to his advantage any time he can.

Vivian will be thrilled that Phillip wants to work with her to save Titan. Of course, between the two of them, Xander may have more than he can handle.
