DOOL Spoilers: Theresa Gets Tangled In Sophia/Tate Baby Drama – Battle Of The Moms To Begin?

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers note that Theresa Donovan (Emily O’Brien) is set to return to Salem and fans need to brace themselves for the character’s return in March 2025.

While she’ll be coming back off the cusp of a prison term, this doesn’t mean she’ll be more than ready to cause a little drama, and this could especially be troublesome for Sophia Choi (Madelyn Kientz) and her parents. Could fans see a battle of the momma bears take place?

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Theresa Donavan Is Going To Be A Grandmother Bear

DOOL fans were shocked when Sophia told Tate Black (Leo Howard) she was pregnant during the week of December 16-20. Of course, while Sophia wants to terminate the pregnancy, she has state laws, and her mother and father to contend with.

As Sophia and Tate organize themselves to take a road trip to a state that doesn’t require parental consent to terminate their pregnancy, there’s a good chance that something – or someone – stops them.

Amy Choi (Shi Ne Nielson), Sophia’s mom, is set to debut on Tuesday, December 31, so while Sophia has kept her baby secret from her parents, there’s a good chance it won’t remain a secret for long.

There’s also a good chance that Sophia ends up moving forward with her pregnancy, as this wouldn’t only create more drama for Tate and his romance with Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis), but with Theresa returning, a new rivalry storyline could erupt.

Theresa has her issues, but she’s a fierce momma bear, who always has her son’s back. Amy will likely blame Tate for the predicament Sophia’s in, but will she also try and keep him away from her daughter and the baby?

Then again, as Amy is a strict parent, as Sophia has mentioned in the past, will her mom attempt to force the kids into a marriage they don’t want to enter? She may dangle the baby and custody in Tate’s face to pressure him.

Then again, Amy may also think that Sophia scoring a piece of the Black/Kiriakis/Donovan legacy might be a good thing for her and the baby, so perhaps she’s also thinking a pay-off could score Sophia some financial freedom and allow Tate to cut any ties or responsibility he has to the little one.

Either way, Theresa won’t stand for any orders Amy dishes toward Tate, so how ugly could a mamma-bear rivalry get between these dueling grandmothers?
