DOOL Spoilers: Steve Confesses The Time In Aria To Marlena, Unaware John Is Listening

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers and updates tease a guilty feeling Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) will confess the time in Aria to Marlena Evans, (Deidre Hall).

They’re unaware John Black (Drake Hogestyn) is at the door listening as Steve confesses about John killing Konstantin Meleounis’ (John Kapelos) daughter as the Pawn.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Steve Johnson’s Worry Intensifies

Steve’s worry about John remembering his past as the Pawn and possible role in Catharina’s (Ellie Patrikios) death has intensified.

He feels like he needs to let Marlena in on what’s been going on, especially when John expresses his feelings about a certain situation.

John had an unusual reaction to Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) and her actions regarding Clyde Weston (James Read).

Ava mentions that “we’ve all done things we’re not proud of” and John responded to her saying “really bad things”.

Steve noticed John appeared to be very haunted and wondered if he remembered shooting Konstantin’s daughter in Aria as “The Pawn”.

DOOL Spoilers – Steve Johnson Wants To Protect His Friend

Of course, Steve wants to protect his friend and he tries to deflect and reassure him-he reminds John those things are in the past.

John repeats the words “in the past” and seems to withdraw into his own little world; Steve is very concerned, it’s almost his old Pawn-like behavior.

Steve continues to stew over his own part in Clyde’s prison escape, and Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) can’t help but notice that something is majorly wrong.

She worries he’s holding back and he explains his intent to make right the whole Clyde situation-with him on the run, both he and John are in danger.

What if Clyde decides to tell he and John helped break him out-and Steve considers some very drastic measures.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Continuing To Feel Haunted

Steve, John and Ava continue feeling haunted and angry at themselves for orchestrating Clyde’s freedom, Steve particularly concerned as to how John’s being affected.

Steve knows John’s current anger and guilt may be compounded by guilt about Catharina, although he’s unsure if he remembers anything of the event.

In the meantime, John summons Konstantin and asks him what’s happening to him and Steve contacts Marlena to meet with her.

Steve and Marlena meet at Marlena and John’s townhouse and he tells her about the Katharina incident in Aria years ago.

Little do they know, John has come home and is listening to the whole thing through the door, with unexpected consequences!
