It is teased in the written spoilers that after finishing with Sarah, Fiona goes to face Xander. Sarah likely doesn’t die and since the soap loves miracles, could there be an unexpected twist?

Maybe Fiona does push Sarah down the stairs. Fiona might even step over Sarah’s lifeless body as she walks out the door. Fiona will probably think Sarah is dead, and will get out of there so she can act as shocked and distraught as everyone else when the body is found.

However, what if there is a miracle – one that doesn’t require Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (Richard Wharton). What if after Fiona leaves, Sarah wakes up and magically starts to walk again?
