DOOL Spoilers: Paulina’s Cancer Sparks Déjà Vu For Abe-Lexie Memories Come First, Then All The Rest?

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers and rumors tease Paulina Price’s (Jackee Harry) thyroid cancer diagnosis sparks déjà vu for Abe Carver (James Reynolds).

His wife Lexie Carver (Renee Jones) died of a brain tumor, and he starts getting memories of her and her struggle, and then all the rest come flooding in!

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Similar Situations, But Much Earlier Diagnosis

Paulina and Lexie had similar situations, but Paulina had a much earlier diagnosis, while her cancer is treatable.

Lexie didn’t know until she was stage four and her brain tumor was inoperable-she died in Abe’s arms, leaving him to raise Theo Carver (Cameron Johnson) alone.

Even though Paulina is trying to stay strong, she’s inwardly panicking and won’t admit it to Abe or to her daughter, Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens).

She even becomes a secret patient of Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) after requesting that she takes her case. Sarah advised her to talk to Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) to talk about her fears.

DOOL Spoilers – Paulina Price Loses It And Panics In Front Of Abe Carver

In spite of her stalwart and strong façade, Paulina’s fear takes over and she panics in front of Abe. She starts to cry and starts talking about Abe looking out for Chanel and telling what’s happening to Lani Price Grant (Sal Stowers).

As Abe holds her to comfort her, suddenly he sees a vision of Lexie and it’s such a vivid memory it scares him-he brings up Lexie to Paulina.

He tells her she’s not dying if he can help it, and even more memories of his past come flooding in; he remembers Lexie telling him to take care of Theo.

Needless to say, Paulina snaps out of her fear when she realizes her husband is getting his full memory back.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – More Memories Flood Back In, Abe Carver’s Overwhelmed

More memories flood back in, and Abe’s overwhelmed-he fully remembers everything, and his wedding to Paulina and their whole history with each other.

Paulina is thrilled and composes herself, his memory returning couldn’t have come at a better time; something good has actually come out of this bad situation!

Neither Abe nor Paulina expected his memories to all return at once, let alone be triggered by Paulina’s thyroid cancer diagnosis.

Abe’s memories are back just in time to get started planning for Chanel and Johnny DiMera’s (Carson Boatman) wedding and he starts boning up on mayoral duties.

He wants to be able to help Paulina run the city as best as he can, especially with the drug crisis in Salem.
