As Eric and Nicole were discussing the future as well as Jude, EJ knocked on the door. EJ returned the divorce papers, but they weren’t signed. That is when EJ told Eric and Nicole that he was not going to let them just ride off in the sunset together.

Nicole and Eric knew from EJ’s tone and facial expression that he’s going to pull out every single stop to complicate things.

Holly loves Tate and isn’t ready to leave Salem yet. Holly will probably tell Nicole that she has finally made some friends. Holly will also probably use the “high school experience” line again.

Holly might have a suggestion that will please everyone, though. Could Holly tell Nicole that she doesn’t have much high school left and suggest she stay with a family member in Salem?

Could Holly suggest that Nicole allow her to live with Maggie Horton Kirkiaksi (Suzanne Rogers)?

I really love Maggie and would like to see her in a good family-centered storyline. One that focuses on Maggie’s strengths, not her grief or weaknesses. Maggie has a lot of wisdom and has overcome amazing challenges.

So, would Nicole consider this request? Zucker did mention that Nicole’s exit wouldn’t have the outcome that fans hope for. Maybe that has less to do with Jude or Eric and more to do with Holly?
